Stay off the ladder. We also hang your holiday lights. Tell us what you have and where you want them, and we will quote the work. Removal can be discussed during the estimate. Storage is not part of this launch.

Kip and Joe
Kipling Lee and Joe Amaral own Innovative Exteriors & Interiors. Both of them sell, and both of them will come look at the house. Joe also runs the installation, with paid crews doing the labor. Joe owned a gutter company for six years, doing nearly $1 million a year. Kip has 40 years in home improvement. Those are their careers, not a history of this new company.
The first towns we are working are Savannah, Pooler, Southbridge, and Richmond Hill.

What does permanent lighting cost?
Our preliminary planning range is $25–$40 per linear foot installed, before offers. Final price depends on measured footage, access, roofline, and system scope. Your written estimate confirms the price.
Can you install my existing holiday lights?
Yes. Request a seasonal installation quote. We will review their condition, compatibility, and the areas you want decorated.
Can I use permanent lighting beyond Christmas?
Yes. Choose a look for holidays, celebrations, and everyday lighting. The exact controls depend on the system we install, and we confirm those with you before the work.
Is the visualizer a final quote?
No. It is a design preview and a budget estimate. We confirm measurements and installation conditions before quoting.
Can I combine lighting with gutter work?
Yes. We can quote the services together and explain available bundle savings on the written estimate.
